Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your paddle.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original tags and protective plastic coverings are still intact.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
